Terms of Service — TripWise

Last updated: 23 June 2026

1. What TripWise is

TripWise is an informational tool that helps gig-economy drivers estimate whether a trip offer is worth accepting. It provides estimates based on the information it reads and the costs and tax settings you enter.

2. Estimates only — not advice

All figures, including cost, tax, profit and the ACCEPT / MAYBE / REJECT result, are estimates for your convenience only. They are not financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. You are solely responsible for verifying figures and for your own decisions.

3. You decide

TripWise never accepts or rejects trips for you and does not automate, control or interact with Uber, Bolt, Deliveroo or any other platform. It only shows you an estimate when you ask for one; the decision is always yours.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for using the app safely and lawfully, including not interacting with it while driving in a way that is unsafe or illegal, and for complying with the terms of the platforms you work with.

5. Subscriptions

TripWise may offer a free trial followed by a paid subscription. Billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by the app store under its terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that estimates are accurate or that the app reads every offer correctly.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of earnings or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app and its estimates.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Contact: feedback / contact form.
